Her treatment modalities are tailored to each individual and may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal therapy and attachment focused interventions including Circle of Security. Sally’s specialist training in parenting groups and child and adolescent mental health allows her to continue to support families with positive parenting practices as their children grow and develop through the years.

Sally’s is currently developing/running group programs to reduce feelings of isolation and create safe compassionate communities for expecting and new parents. In some circumstances, Sally is able to provide video conferencing sessions to to those living in remote and rural areas of Australia.
