Anna is a warm and caring registered psychologist with over 10 years experience working across community and not-for-profit sectors, as well as in private practice. Anna has been at Let’s Talk Psychology Practice since 2015. Anna is skilled in helping individuals cope with anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship issues. Anna understands the many challenges couples face as they try to conceive and also the challenges that exist during pregnancy and into parenthood. Anna has a special interest in working with individuals in the perinatal period and enjoys supporting parents to achieve work/life balance and enhance their general well-being. Having personally experienced difficulties adjusting to parenting herself, she realises how crucial it is to have maximum support during this major life event.

Anna has a genuine interest in people and their stories and in guiding them towards a more positive and empowered life. She adopts a strengths-based approach in her work and uses a range of different psychological approaches and tailors these to individual needs; these include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and attachment-focused interventions including Circle of Security and Watch, Wait and Wonder.

Anna is a registered psychologist with AHPRA, a Medicare provider of psychological services and is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
