These Terms and Conditions are between you and Perinatal Psychology Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 603914432) (“Centre for Perinatal Psychology”) and govern your use of the website located at centreforperinatalpsychology.com.au.  These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Centre for Perinatal Psychology’s Privacy Policy. In consideration of the right to access and use the website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE INDICATES YOUR WILLNESS TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The Centre for Perinatal Psychology reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the Terms and Conditions of this agreement without prior notice.  Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted herein.  Your continued use of the service after amendments are posted constitutes an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and its modifications.

Cancellation Policy for Appointment Booking

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please provide us as much notice as possible.  Psychologists do not double book appointments, so the appointment you have made is exclusively for you.

We need at least 48 hours notice to attempt to fill the appointment time should you cancel or reschedule.

If you don’t attend the session you have booked without notifying us the full fee may be charged.

Note that fees for cancelled appointments are not rebatable through Medicare.  In order to claim for a Medicare appointment, you must attend the session in person.

The psychologists listed on the CentreforPerinatalPsychology.com.au are invited members of the Centre for Perinatal Psychology.  At the time of membership invitation, they were found to be a fully registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).  All psychologists listed on the CentreforPerinatalPsychology.com.au website operate as sole practitioners and Perinatal Psychology Australia Pty Ltd and its proprietor cannot be held responsible for any harm should you decide to make an appointment with a listed psychologist.  It is up to you to decide if your chosen psychologist can provide the service you are seeking. By booking an appointment to consult an individual psychologist through the Centre for Perinatal Psychology you accept responsibility for your own actions and can in no way hold the proprietors and the Centre for Perinatal Psychology liable.
