Louisa works with parents—whether they are new or experienced—who may be feeling exhaustion, overwhelm, low mood, or anxiety. Louisa is an ADHDer who is privileged to collaborate with many neurodivergent women and families in her therapy and assessment work.

During initial sessions, Louisa will work with you to understand what contributes to being overwhelmed or distressed and use therapy processes to work through challenges. Louisa weaves together different therapy modalities, but at the heart of her work is a focus on attachment relationships and how these have guided and shaped us. Louisa also draws on Schema therapy and developmental frameworks. Above all, Louisa is guided by the client’s needs. The relationship with the client and understanding their context and needs is at the heart of the work.

Louisa holds a Master’s in Educational and Developmental Psychology and has been trained in schema therapy. She has also commenced training in the Circle of Security-I and completed Perinatal Loss training. Louisa is a board-approved supervisor Louisa provides assessments and supports families in identifying Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties, in addition to offering training to schools on these developmental differences.

Fees & Rebates

Cost: $215 per 55-minute session *Medicare Rebate: $96.65
Out-of-pocket: $118.35 per session

*Medicare rebates are available to those who have a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from their GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician.  This must be in place before the first claimable session.
