Natanya Bradley
Clinical Psychologist
BSc (Hons), MSc (Occ Psych), M (Clin Psych)
Natanya is a Clinical Psychologist with a dedicated focus in perinatal and infant mental health. She supports individuals and families through conception, pregnancy, the postnatal period, and early parenting, offering therapy that is attachment-focused, relational, and trauma-informed. Her work is grounded in a respect for early relationships and an understanding of how past experiences can shape emotional wellbeing and parenting in the present.
Natanya’s approach is gentle, attuned, and reflective, nurturing curiosity and exploration. She recognises that one’s journey in the perinatal period is a time of development and potential vulnerability. Natanya is passionate about supporting clients through this profound life adjustment. She works collaboratively, valuing clients’ strengths and capacities, and helping them make sense of their experiences in ways that foster understanding, growth and wellbeing.
Natanya has a particular interest in how experiences of trauma can emerge or be reactivated in the perinatal period. She is an EMDR Accredited Practitioner, experienced with both single event and complex PTSD, and integrates EMDR into the treatment of perinatal concerns. Natanya welcomes parents to bring their infant to sessions and offers parent–infant psychotherapy, supporting both parental mental health and the developing parent–child relationship. Natanya is trained in Child–Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), an evidence-based, attachment-focused approach for families where there has been trauma, loss, or relational stress.
Beyond her clinical training, Natanya’s practice is also shaped by her own experience of becoming a mother, which influenced her decision to pursue clinical psychology following an earlier career in organisational psychology. She holds with privilege walking alongside clients and families as they navigate this important time of life, providing a space to explore hopes, dreams, and fears, while supporting the transformation of intergenerational patterns. Natanya works across private practice and a specialist perinatal and infant mental health service, bringing extensive experience in early relationships and perinatal mental health.
