Eunice collaborates with clients to support them through their difficulties and establish appropriate goals for therapy. Eunice commonly uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy,Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) in treatment. Therapy can focus on a variety of issues, including perinatal depression and anxiety, perinatal loss, infertility, the development of healthy attachment relationships, and any unresolved childhood issues.
