Belinda is down to earth, supportive and pragmatic therapist who will ensure you feel understood and empowered. Belinda graduated from The University of Sydney with a triple major in Psychology, HR and Sociology. People have always been at the heart of her focus and energies. Belinda has four children of her own, who have paved their own unique path into and through the world. They have inspired her deep interest and specialised training in supporting women journey into and through motherhood.

Belinda has a strong interest and skill in (but not limited to) supporting women experiencing fertility challenges, anxiety and depression in the perinatal period and supporting the numerous adjustments with evolving family life. With over a decade of experience in organisational settings, Belinda is skilled in supporting her clients with the complex adjustments when career and family collide.

Belinda works collaboratively to identify what matters most to you and draws on evidence base approaches of cognitive behavioural, mindfulness and attachment theory to help inform her interventions with an overarching aim of enhancing an understanding of self and others. She is most passionate about enhancing your experience of motherhood and family life.

When not working, Belinda can be found somewhere in nature with family and friends enjoying the simples pleasures of life.

Fees & Rebates

Cost: $250 per 50-minute session *Medicare Rebate: $89.65
Out-of-pocket: $160.35 per session

*Medicare rebates are available to those who have a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from their GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician.  This must be in place prior to the first claimable session.
