Adi is a Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing for over 15 years. She is passionate about perinatal and infant mental health, and holds specific training and interest in mindful birthing, perinatal anxiety and depression, the transition to parenthood, supporting the parent-infant bond, birth trauma and perinatal loss. Her motivation to support people in the perinatal period grew following her own transition to motherhood. It is founded upon an awareness of how complex this time is, and how difficult it can be to navigate the various challenges that arise.

Adi’s personal values of openness, honesty, non-judgment, and respect are central to her practice. She is committed to providing her clients with the right (evidence-based, individually-tailored) support to enable them to regain hope, trust, and confidence in themselves and their future. She uses a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy and Attachment Theory depending on her client’s needs.
