She has been in the caring profession for a combined 25 years, continually evolving and challenging herself both personally and professionally, incorporating her midwifery & mothercrafting skills with psychology and coaching. No matter how complex or minor your concerns Linda is able to sit with you through your fears and challenges, influencing and supporting you to reach your goals, have the breakthroughs you deserve leading to greater joy for you and your family.

Linda has a special interest in improving the love “connection” between you and others in your life. Whether it be on an attachment level with your infant/toddler in the adjustment period or throughout their developmental stages with challenging behaviours (sleep, feeding, tantrums, fears); or be it a relationship with friends, relatives, or most importantly greater intimacy with your partner.

Linda is trained in various approaches such as: Mindfulness integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT), Meditation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Schema therapy, Tranformational Chair Work, Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, Tantra Touch & Sexual Healing, Wait, Watch & Wonder (WWW), Circle of Security (COS), Emotional Coaching, Dynamic Maturational Model of Adaptation & Attachment (DMM). Fees & Rebates

Cost: 1st session $240.00 per 90-minute session;  Subsequent sessions $200.00 per 50-minute session
*Medicare Rebate: $124.50 per session

Out-of-pocket: $115.50 for initial session; $75.50 for subsequent sessions

*Medicare rebates are available to those who have a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from their GP. This must be in place prior to the first claimable session.
